Due to the nature of this event—including limited seating, advance planning, meals, materials, and trauma-informed facilitators—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
Tickets may not be resold
Failure to attend the event does not constitute a refund
This policy applies to all ticket types, including adult and adolescent tickets
